Olivia Myles, MSW, LSW, is a licensed social worker and received her bachelors and master’s degree from Cleveland State University. Olivia has experience with early childhood mental health and in-home therapy. She has also worked with adolescents performing group and individual therapy. Olivia believes everyone has the power to make a change, that power only needs to be uncovered. The service that the therapeutic relationships provides can empower individuals and assist them in reaching their full potential. Olivia is looking forward to working with adults and hopes to serve them through the therapeutic relationship. Olivia has used Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness techniques, Motivational Interviewing, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. She has extensive experience helping others with depression and anxiety. She is also able to offer a faith-based approach and is well versed in helping those dealing with cultural or diversity matters. Olivia spent over 5 years living and working with the Native American community and is aware and experienced in Indigenous issues and struggles. Olivia is ready to support clients on their journey to healing and wellness.
