Hello! I know that whether you are new to counseling or starting up again, this is a big step toward growing yourself. Change can be intimidating, so I’m here to offer you a safe space to explore your thoughts and feelings while we work toward your goals. I often utilize a client- centered approach combined with motivational interviewing, solution-focused, and cognitive behavioral therapy. I will work to tailor my approach to your individual needs. I also have training and experience in Emotional Freedom Techniques or “tapping”, which I believe can be a great supplement to talk therapy. Additionally, I enjoy integrating art, mindfulness, and meditation to help clients process and learn how to cope with difficult feelings. I am most passionate about helping clients grow by teaching them new coping skills, communication skills, and how to navigate relationships of all kinds. We will work together to grow and benefit from this experience.
